Member Commitments

با ثبت این فرم، من موارد زیر را تایید میکنم:

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old.  من حد اقل ۱۸ سال سن دارم 

I have read and accept the constitution, rules, and regulations of the association.  من اساسنامه، قوانین و مقرراتت انجمن مطالعه کرده و انرا میپذیرم.

I respect and support the goals, values, and interests of the association.  من به اهداف، ارزشها و منافع انجمن احترام گذاشته و از انها حمایت میکنم.

I commit to cooperating with other members in the activities and programs of the association. من متعهد میشوم در فعالیت ها و برنامه های انجمن با سایر اعضا همکاری میکنم.

If I fail to cooperate with the association when required, I understand that I should not expect the same level of support from the association or its members. در صورتی که در زمان نیاز با انجمن همکاری نکنم، انتظار همکاری مشابه از سوی انجمن و سایر اعضارا نخواهم داشت.

Since the association operates on a voluntary basis, I understand that I am responsible for myself and my family members during activities or events organized by the association. با توجه به اینکه مسولان انجمن به صورت داوطلبانه فعالیت میکنند، مسولیت شخصی خود و اعضای خوانواده ام در برنامهها و فعالیتهای انجمن، چه در مرکز انجمن و در چه در خارج از ان، بر عهده خودم می باشد.

I confirm that I have no criminal record for serious crimes, crimes against humanity, or national treason.  من هیچگونه سابقه محکومیت قضای در جرایم جدی، جرایم ضد بشری یا خیانت ملی ندارم.

I adhere to the ethical principles of the association, including honesty, integrity, fairness, and transparency. من به اصول اخلاقی انجمن شامل صداقت، امانت داری، عدالت و شفافیت پایبند هستم.

I am willing to use my skills and knowledge to support the goals of the association. من مایل هستم مهارتها و دانش خودرا در راستای اهداف انجمن به کار بگیرم.
